"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."

AI Platform Training for Higher Education Representatives

The instructional design focuses on training higher education staff/faculty members in the effective use of AI-driven student platforms within a higher education institution. These platforms support the admissions process by automating application tracking and document verification and enhance advising by providing data-driven course recommendations, graduation projections, and academic standing alerts. This professional development training targets staff members at varying levels of technical proficiency and aims to build their confidence and competency in leveraging AI tools ethically and efficiently to improve student outcomes. Key institutional documents influencing this design include the institution’s staff training policy, technology integration guidelines, and accreditation standards emphasizing digital literacy and ethical use of data.
